Aisha Biro Diallo is an experienced Leadership, Development Financial & Political Policy Analyst and Consultant with over 17 years of experience working at various levels and issues of development. She has a proven track record in analysis, planning, budgeting, administration and management.
Aisha is an advocate for democracy and human development, Gender Equality in the Unites States and specially in Africa. As part of the African Diaspora Working Group at the World Bank, she played a crucial role in assisting Guinea combat Ebola. Furthermore, she works on gender equality and inequity issues in Guinea through Constitutional reviews, promoting minority rights, inclusion and being a voice for the voiceless. She is a founding member of several organizations, including African Women for United States, BBD Global Consultancy Group LLC, Pan-African Women in Leadership Forum. In recognition of her efforts, she was appointed as a member of Virginia African Diaspora Steering Committee. Aisha is an MBA candidate in Project /Political Management, and holds a BA in International Business, Minor in Economics, from Strayer University, USA. Currently, she holds the position of Founder/President & CEO of Pan-African Women in Leadership Forum. Prior to her current role, Aisha holds a position as Senior Business Financial Analyst at Diversified Financial Solutions LLC., She also Washington DC, USA. Aisha worked at IPA/IBA International Profit Associates, where she focused on business development. She also served as Senior Business Policy Advisor at Sena Mining Products and served with 1199 NUHHCE Hospital Union workers in Washington, DC. Aisha has also worked at World Bank and the IFC, where she was involved in projects in sustainable development investment and climate change. She also worked at Wachovia Bank now called Wells Fargo Bank as Customer Service Banker in Virginia. In recognition of her work on nation building and volunteer, Aisha received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from AmeriCorps Office of President of United States. Aisha also received similar awards from The World Bank Group, African Region, AFTSN Spot Award for exemplary work.
